Returns
- Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Restrictions: We do not accept returns of any items that have been installed or show signs of use.
- Process: To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at admin@comfortsystemsja.com or 876-631-4903. Please include your order details and a photo of the product if it is incorrect or defective.
- A valid invoice should accompany all goods being returned to validate proof of purchase
- Restocking fee: A 10% restocking fee may apply to eligible returns.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued only for approved returns that meet our eligibility criteria.
- Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–7 business days after inspection and approval.
- No refunds are issued for incorrect items ordered due to customer error. However, if the item is unused and undamaged, we will facilitate an exchange, and refund or bill any difference in cost, where applicable.
- Special order products supplied according to customer specifications are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Include a photo of the item when contacting us. We will arrange for a replacement or exchange at no additional cost, provided the product has not been installed or used.
